Beauty, beyond imagination... And it is in this, that Unit BB2, stands tall and proud above most everything else.

The second story condo, with its Hacienda styled furniture and décor, is truly one of a kind.

Opening the door, crème colored walls and ceilings collide with red floor tiles and deep colored furniture. The elongated corridor in which you enter holds a small entrance to the left, the passage way to a fully equipped laundry room. A long, bench like table is to the right, and orbiting above, a mirror dressed in chrome. The sight, and the sheer power of the landscape outside, is mesmerizing, to say the least.

A red living room to the right, with ornate coffee tables in chocolate and a massive entertainment center invites you to rest. The fabric matches the floor tiles in a wonderful, sublime way. A small office desk is situated in the very window, offering a calm view. And what a view it is.

The white sand of the Los Cabos’s beaches fuses into the sapphire ocean, and then into the turquoise skies. At Dawn, the turquoise blends slowly, gently, into a fire opal so magnificent, your day will come to a halt, at its very beginning. There are few who can look up, and not be overpowered by the sensuality in the Los Cabos’ skies.

To the left of this Living place, the kitchen waits. The deep dark cabinets crash with the sand colored backsplash in marble, and the golden countertops of stone. The refrigerator, stove, over-the-range microwave, and other amenities seem fuse into the masterful, cozy kitchen. A hole on the ceiling reveals a fan, ready to give air in this cooking place. From the outside of the breakfast bar, three iron bar stools crowned with orange pillows are ready for your comfort.

The six piece, round table dinner is magnificent. The dark wood of the chairs is crowned with wood-weave patterns, and topped with a small pillow for comfort. Large cabinets in darker woods line the walls, and a flowery rug sits on the bottom, softly cradling the dinner. From here, all you need to do is open the light-weight drapes to bask in the most luxurious view you can imagine.

The master bedroom is a one of a kind. A queen size bed dressed in blue is surrounded by natural colored woods and white, immaculate walls. The red tiles in the floor seem to shine against the bare ceiling and walls. A lounge chair in rustic, Mexican style is situated by the large sliding door of glass, for basking in the morning sun, while having a cup of coffee or tea away from the heat of the desert. On the other side of the bed, a one person couch shies away from the light, perfect for a book with a glass of wine. A large, heavy-looking entertainment center is right in front of the bed.

The master bathroom is quite the work of art.

The hallway, lined on one side by a double sink and one-piece mirror against sand colored countertop, reminiscing of sand dunes pressed and fused together, and on the other side by a closet, hidden by sliding mirror doors, gives into an arch that frames the marble tub. Waist-high marble tiles decorate this wonderful, luxurious bath. A long shower to the right, shielded by a glass pane that reaches the tallest part of this marbled palace, provides room and comfort.

The guest bedroom is not far behind. Two wonderful, full size beds are comfortably placed side by side, their caramel-looking dress clashing against the simple, wooden headrest. A nightstand separates them, with a beautiful lamp in iron illuminating its top. A wooden entertainment center is up front, and next to it, a vanity mirror and drawer set in wonderful woodworks awaits.

The guest bathroom is quite unique. The hacienda styled sink and white tiles carefully decorated with flowing fish, and the ceiling high glass blocks in the shower are truly something to remember.

From all rooms in this home, can the terrace be accessed. From the living/dinner, four lounge chairs are accommodated, facing the deep blue ocean and the emerald green of the palm tree leaves and the grass by the pools. A six person dinner is also outside, for those calm nights together with family and friends. From the guest bedroom, a hot tub is lined with white tiles, and ready for use. The Master bedroom’s private terrace has a round table and two chairs, perfect for romantic evenings with candle light and red wine, with the resounding waves in the back.
